IFF Update 2007 #30 (3): General Assembly 2007

IFF Sixteenth Annual Assembly 2007 in Bordeaux

Our international relations:

Reviewing functions, considering integration and allowing for movement

This year’s Assembly will be one day longer than usual in order to allow for discussions proposed by members and by the three governing bodies of the training and accreditation boards. Last year, the so-called IWG report was presented to the Assembly (see http://www.feldenkraisfuture.org/). It received a warm welcome and the Assembly recommended discussion of it among all members and asked for it to remain on the IFF agenda. This year’s Assembly will focus on reviewing what members’ have proposed as a result: on discussions about possible international structures – reviewing functions and considering integration - and on identifying actions that will bring about changes desired by the membership.
