Ay #451, 452 Eveline Wu on Feldy forum pointed out that these are nice lessons to address jaw function but the titles are 'Coordinating head forward and pelvis backward' and 'Toward Japanese Sitting', respectively. While these titles are accurate from a certain perspective, what might be a subtitle or addition that would help people ascertain their content? -Richard |
