Mindmapping of Answers to the ATM

Note Specific Questions were asked during the ATM. Each practitioner received a question sheet and an answer sheet. Each answers the question for him- or herself, wrote the answer on the smaller sheet, “What perception or observation stimulated by these questions particularly drew your attention?”. The answers were grouped but not headlined as the plenum came with several different options how to do this.

The clarity of the question and of the direction I liked the question – are you bored; if so, how do you know it?
Gives people who are habitually "bored" since childhood, in school, etc., a chance to acknowledge or claim that. I wasn't "bored". Just liked the question.

The physical act of lifting –
my limbs degree of weight

The sensation of lifting the shoulder in the 45° direction toward the left hip and the last time to feel my head turning to the right Why do I have a habit of always breathing in as I start a movement?   The connection between B…… wondering Thoughts Initial irritation to self-reflect seemed out of place, unfamiliar.
Each successive one was also unfamiliar, but less so.

The relationship between two sides of the body.

The movement of the spine or the beginning versus after a number of movements     From where do you perceive yourself? Different modes of perception.

It seemed like a combination of visual + kinaesthetic
Whether I senses myself visually, kinaesthetically or by the way the floor held me up.
