How do the language flags work?

The language buttons show you that the infrastructure of the site can support many different languages.  You can see an example of a page that is translated here. But the site is a work in progress, and translation depends on our financial resources to pay for translations, practitioners volunteering their time, and priorities.

If you would like to volunteer to translate, or to co-ordinate paid translation work, please contact the IFF. 

Some translation of the system functions depend not so much on us but on the people who develop drupal, the open-source content management system we use.  If you know (or are interested in) drupal and would like to participate in our contribution to drupal by completing system translations, please contact us.
