From 1997 to 2001, the IFF produced print newsletters sent out by mail. This newsletter is archived on the current site: see under "Newsletter."
From 2001 to the present, the IFF has communicated electronically with member organizations and practitioners. Regular IFF Updates are sent by e-mail to guilds and associations. The Guild and Association representatives then carry information about the IFF back to the practitioners in a variety of ways. Some Updates are reprinted in guild newsletters or passed on to members by e-mail.
This new (June 2006) suite of IFF websites, integrating our earlier public, practitioner, and academy websites and employing the open-source content management system drupal, was developed by Lynette Reid in coordination with the IFF Board and project volunteers, and with the technical support of Kevin Druhan and Gordon Heydon. Rob Black provides oversight of the Academy Website, and Jennifer Herzog provides user support for all IFF Website users.
