in AY #73 Twisting Pelvis relative to the shoulders, instruction #4 begins with "Don't return to the side." and then continues decribing the position on the side. IMHO, the word "Don't" should be deleted. Seems obvious to me, anything I'm missing? :)
Btw, this is one twisted lesson....
