Activities and ProjectsThe IFF publishes educational materials for practitioners, including the Alexander Yanai transcripts and the Amherst Training and FI tapes. Visit the IFF Distribution Center website at www.iffmaterials.com to browse and purchase materials. The IFF maintains an archive of the Moshe Feldenkrais heritage. The IFF Archive of the Feldenkrais Method was formed on the basis of the Feldenkrais Family’s donation of over 800 items on audio and video tape of ATMs, FIs and workshops; over 1700 photographs of Moshe Feldenkrais (portraits, Moshe doing Judo); over 1700 photos of the San Francisco training; newspaper articles and manuscripts of Moshe's books. The IFF Academy for practitioners is a forum for practitioners engaged in improving their quality and competence in practice, and aimed at promoting the professional field of the Feldenkrais Method, including: i) Developing and presenting workshops, promoting local Academy groups, exploring supervision ideas, etc., by applying the Academy principles of networking, teamwork, open-source projects and ongoing evaluation. ii) Developing a competency profile for practitioners to use in their own self-directed study and for guilds and associations in their dealings with the public and governments. iii) The on-line IFF Academy Feldenkrais Research Journal to promote dialogue on research into the Method.
