What does the orange "XML' button mean?

RSS feeds offer you a way to keep up to date on new content on a website without having to visit the site to look and see whether there is something new. You can use software, whether integrated with your email program, integrated with your web browser, or stand-alone, to receive notification of new content.

On the IFF sites, you can receive notification of new content to a group (committee, working group, academy foot or team), or new content belonging to a specific category (new Archive Audio Clips or Archive Photos). You'll see the following symbol at the bottom of a page that offers an RSS feed:
