Brian C. is a 7-year-old boy with Conradi’s Syndrome, a rare genetic disease characterized by improper bone calcification. At birth, his first vertebra was dislocated, causing pressure on the spine. At age three, a spinal fusion was performed to prevent further damage. He requires crutches.
