Most of the work of the IFF is done by practitioners, like you, who volunteer their time.

At its Annual Assembly, the member associations and guilds send representatives, who gather to share views, discuss issues and ideas, hear reports on IFF programs, decide on budgets, and elect the Board and committees.

The IFF Board is responsible for the day-to-day operations and do much of the work, assisted by part-time staff for the IFF Distribution Center and IFF Academy.
