Previously, these lessons were available on VHS tapes through lending libraries administered by various Feldenkrais Guilds and the IFF. The IFF’s significant investment to digitize these materials made access easier, opening the way for online viewing. If you have any streaming questions, please contact us here.

About the Amherst Evening Functional Integration® Lessons

Dr. Feldenkrais gave individual Functional Integration® lessons in the evenings after teaching the Amherst Training in June-August of 1980 and 1981. A variety of people found their way to him, and were able to experience the hands-on execution of his theories, capabilities and presence.

Approximately 170 of these lessons were recorded on Umatic video. Later, these recordings were transferred to VHS tape. Beginning in 2007 the transfer process began again, this time digitizing the lessons for a more stable preservation and accessible format.

The IFF intends to make as many of these lessons available as possible for the Feldenkrais community to view and purchase. Your financial support through the purchase of these videos enables us to make more materials available. We are proud to produce these seminal materials — enjoy!
